How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I enjoy talking with people and making the auto buying experience very easy and enjoyable for the Buyer.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
With a complete understanding of the life of a car/truck/van/suv. Value of the product and its options at purchase, explanation of the financing or lease arrangements, evaluation of a trade-in and options to assist the seller, and most important working as an advocate for my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location in Pasadena.
