How long have you been in business?
I have been in the IT industry for over 24 years since 1990 working for fortune 500 companies and in my business for over 14 years since 2000 supporting small to medium businesses.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary focus is Sales, Repair, & Service of all Computer, Networking, Telephone and Security products & services along with website design, hosting, and online marketing, among other complimentary products & services. We are particularly proud of our own brand of Netsmart computers called SmartServers, SmartDesktops, SmartLaptops, SmartTablets all assembled in our CA facility. How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Information Systems along with certifications as a Microsoft Systems Engineer, Cisco Systems Administrator, Novell Network Engineer, and IT Project Manager. I love technology and how to utilize its offerings to empower business owners to accomplish and automate their business processes in order to maximize their efficiency and profit margin.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our superior service coupled with our solid technical education & training with current & latest updates along with high end products sets us apart from our competition. We are partners and official resellers with some of the biggest names in the IT industry such as Intel, Cisco, HP, Avaya, Sony, Microsoft, Adobe, Avast, Web and a few others.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our main office is in La Verne, but we have clients in 5 counties including Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, and Ventura. Because of technology, we have and support clients in as far south as San Diego and as far north as San Francisco.
