HKASC Mission: To strengthen business relationship between Hong Kong and S. California
Our goals are:
• To promote understanding of Hong Kong within the United States and throughout the international business community
• To optimize networking opportunities among industry professionals who have a common interest in Hong Kong
• To offer programs of diverse interest and value for our association members and business partners to enhance a mutual understanding of developments in Hong Kong and Southern California
• To provide a clearinghouse for information on trade and investment opportunities between the two regions
• To illustrate the new advantages the recently signed Closer Economic Partnership Agreement and Pan-PRD Co-operation Framework Agreement bring to choosing Hong Kong as the partner for success in the Chinese mainland
Programs
• International trade and business opportunities, guest speakers and seminars on current issues of interest, and breakfast briefings and luncheons on developments in Hong Kong
• Social and cultural events, such as after-hour networking mixers, the traditional Chinese New Year Gala Celebration dinner, Holiday Banquet, and an annual picnic.
