How long have you been in business?
About 5 years as of 2013
What is your primary product or service?
We have two primary products: Stops Leg Cramps in About 1-Minute, and Stops Acid Reflux in About 1-minute. They come in 8-ounce bottles and are marvelous products. We have over 1350 retailers nationwide.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our President's father was a farmer in West Tennessee and learned this formula from an Amish farmer friend who was working with my father learning how to grow cotton. My father used both formulae for years himself, I learned the method of making the two remedies from my father and used them myself successfully since I have been getting older and have need for them.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We make no special effort to differentiate ourselves.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have only this one location in Glendale as manufacturing plant.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We are not allowed to sell product retail, we do not have such a license. We are the manufacturer, however on our websites : www.StopsAcidReflux.com and www.StopsLegCramps.com we have a store list with addresses where users can pick up the product.
What type of payments do you accept?
Amex,Mastercard, Visa and Discover, Pay Pal, checks, wire xfers, money orders.
Which areas do you service?
All of USA and Canada. USA includes Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Company is corporation. President is William Anderson.
What are your hours of operation?
8:30am-5pm
