What is your primary product or service?
Maintain and repair large industrial equipment, including airport ground support equipment.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a kid, Mark raced motorcycles and snowmobiles. He learned how to repair his own racing equipment and then others asked him to repair theirs. He graduated to selling truck parts and repairing trucks and began his own business in 1990 just before he got married.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a mobile service with a dedicated parts runner. We stock the most common parts on board.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 corporate location housing our main shop. Our 6 service trucks are based out of that location and travel throughout the LA and OC counties.
Provide detailed directions to your location
We're located north of where the 405, 110, and 91 freeways converge. Exit the 91 and 405 freeways at Main Street, go West 1 block to Broadway. We are 500 feet north of the corner of Broadway St and Gardena Blvd. From the 110 freeway exit Redondo Beach Blvd. Go East to Broadway St. Go South past Alondra Blvd to our address on the right.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express or fleets can be set up on an account.
Which areas do you service?
LA and OC counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Terri and Mark Nessler own the company. Mark works with the mechanics out in the field; Terri runs the office.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm. Closed Sundays.

We run an honest business and our integrity is high. We put our customers first.
