How long have you been in business?
We are a family owned and opened August 1, 1970
What is your primary product or service?
We provide quality trophies and awards. Awards include plaques, glass, acrylic, crystal, wood, medals, name badges, desk accessories and many more
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was fresh out of the Navy and came to help my mom during our busy season (end of the school year and baseball season) and now I own the business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a full service awards company.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We only have one location so we can provide better service
What type of payments do you accept?
We take all major payments except Discover
Which areas do you service?
We service mostly the surrounding Long Beach area and have a full service website to where we can ship
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and operate the company...Shawn Fitzpatrick
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
The item is better then they thought it would be
