He is also certified in ENT-Head and Neck Surgery, which he completed at White Memorial Medical Center in Los Angeles, California in 1982. Dr. Takowsky's post-graduate education has included plastic surgery courses at Page & Williams Black Post Graduate School of Medicine, as well as courses in rhinoplasty, otoplasty, facial plastic surgery, and other specialized plastic surgery topics at meetings and symposia across the country. Dr. Takowsky is 2003 National Leadership Award’s recipient.
