Rolf Structural Integration & Massage Therapy
Rolf Structural Integration is a hands-on method of releasing postural strain or the effects of injury in the connective tissue system. When holding patterns arise in the body, freedom of movement is lost and pain increases. Through deep, slow manual pressure and active joint movement, tightness eases and a more fluid body is established. There are typically 10 sessions of focus work to achieve better posture and flexibility. We also offer outstanding massage therapy services including: deep tissue, sports and Swedish. Whether you need to relax and unwind, recover from an injury or improve your posture, we can help!
