I started my Inspection company in Jan. '04.
What is your primary product or service?
Home Inspections
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background has been in construction since 1976. I didn't become interested in the Home Inspection business until a Realtor mentioned I would make a good inspector based on my experience in construction.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I found out regardless of experience, an Inspector needs education and continued education. I differentiate as being not only field experienced but have taken many hours of training and continuing education hours since starting my business. Many Inspectors feel they know enough but I've found one never knows enough and can continue to learn and grow and educate others, which is what I try to do.
What type of payments do you accept?
Check and cash
Which areas do you service?
I provide service to the cities of the Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita, Valencia, Newhall and all cities in the San Fernando Valley, Simi Valley and Ventura, Pasadena areas.
