How long have you been in business?
I performed my first Real Estate inspection in the late 1990's.
What is your primary product or service?
I would say that at least 80% of what I do is residential real estate or home inspections. The balance of that is some commercial inspection work, expert witness work.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
A Real Estate agent that I did a fair amount of construction for had told me that I posessed great people and communication skills and that the Home Inspection field is filled with people who are less than personable and lacked knowledge in her opinion and that I would be an asset to sellers and buyers of Real Estate.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am personable, knowledgeable and possess both the ability to explain technical items about their real estate purchases as well as remaining thorough in my inspection duties.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I'm not sure at this time about expanding.

Which areas do you service?
Palmdale CA, Lancaster CA, the Antelope and Santa Clarita Valleys. I do go to the Greater Los Angeles area from time to time as well.

I do.
What are your hours of operation?
Varies, it's best to call for availability. I do my best to accomodate my customers, but attempt to take a Sunday off from time to time.
