What is your primary product or service?
Synkronous Technology is an IT service provider. We can specialize in small to medium businesses. We hope to become partners with local business to maximize their IT environment. Our goal is to maximize performance and efficiency to ultimately drive profits.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am an experienced IT professional with over 15 years in Information Technology. I have worked for NASA, IBM and Earthlink. My last position was as Director of IT for a large Entertainment Company in LA. I have always wanted to be in business for myself because I believe with my depth of experience and integrity I can enhance anyone business. With all of the advancements in technology in recent years, storage, virtual computing just to name a few it possible for small to medium business to reap the benefits of IT that only larger corporations had access to before.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have been working with the latest technology for over 15 years! Working for big corporations providing business critical solutions and support. I believe that we have the knowledge and experience to help many smaller to mid-sized companies grow their business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one location. We want to keep SynkTech small as possible.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and checks. We will also do terms on established clients.
Which areas do you service?
We handle Los Angeles all the way San Diego and beyond.
