How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My parents bought a metal finishing company in 1973 and I started to work in 1977. Expanded into painting, engraving, silkscreening because my customers needed additional processing. Sold the metal finishing company in 2008, retained the painting facility.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Most of my customers come for the personalized service I provide. I have experienced difficulties in dealing with other metal finishers, so I purposely try to prevent those situations. My customers and I have had a long term relationship, some over 20 years.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location and only one.
What type of payments do you accept?
N30 days.
Which areas do you service?
We have customers in Missouri, Texas and New York.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
My name is George, owner and I personally oversee all aspect of Multi-Spec.
What are your hours of operation?
6:00 am til 6:00 pm, I am available at 805 368 0475 cell#.
