We have been in the insurance industry for over 10 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Home Insurnace, Auto Insurance, Life Insurance, Annuities, Business Insurance, General Liability Insurance, Workers Compensations Insurance, Employee Benefits / Group Benefits, Individual Health Insurance, Church Insurance, Non-Profit insurance Daycare Insurance,OCIP Insurance, Contractors Insurance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My sister encouraged me to get involved into the insurnace indurstry. She was an Account Executive and told me this could be a great career move.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Many Insurance Agents are just looking for the next sell no mater how they get it. I pick up less business then I pick up as I will not sacrafice coverage for price. If you can pay a few extra dollars and get coverage that will protect you verses paying a few dollars less and have no coverage is it really worth it. I would much rather pay money for insurance and receive something back in the event something goes wrong then to be told by the carrier, "Sorry that was not covered in your policy".
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I currently have one locations which covers all fo California. As we grow into other states I may open an office in those staes.
