Everyone was very patient and I was so thankful that the office staff gave me the schedule right away. Only their technician fixed my range that was not igniting and never asked for an additional charge. He communicated with me about the cause of the problem and how it was fixed. The repair was completed within an hour only. It was an awesome service. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.
