The customer service representative was not intimidating. They're so kind in accepting customers' requests. The technician I had on that day did step by step in fixing up my fridge that was not cooling to avoid unexpected failures during the service. After re-assembling, he spent a few minutes testing to see if everything was working well and asked me to double-check as well. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.
