Our primary product or service is centered around hair restoration through Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). This advanced procedure involves removing individual hair follicles from one area of the body and transplanting them to an area with thinning or absent hair. FUE has gained popularity due to its effectiveness and natural-looking results, overcoming the limitations of the traditional hair transplant method (FUT) known for producing the "hair plugs" appearance.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have always had a passion for working with patients, but as an Anaesthesiologist, I wasn't able to directly experience the transformation and impact on people's lives. That's why I became interested in hair restoration. It's incredibly rewarding to see the positive change in people's confidence and overall well-being.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I believe what sets me apart in the hair restoration business is the combination of my attention to detail and dedication to patient satisfaction. I am committed to delivering the best possible outcomes and take pride in ensuring that each patient receives the utmost care. Additionally, my focus on process optimization and cost-effectiveness allows me to provide more affordable options for my patients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
At the moment, we have a single location in Torrance, catering to the South Bay and greater Los Angeles area. We have established strong connections with the Korean community in Los Angeles and have aspirations to eventually open an office in Koreatown.

Our location is in close proximity to various shopping centers, office buildings, and medical establishments such as Torrance Memorial Hospital.
