When traditional yoga studios became less accessible, we listened to our community's needs by offering free yoga sessions on local beaches and parks. We created a space where everyone could feel safe and welcome, whether they came to practice or simply be present. And the response has been overwhelming, with hundreds now joining our beach and park sessions regularly.
Our goal is to provide a top-notch yoga experience that’s inclusive and available to all levels. Our sessions include spiritual symbolism and the enchanting sounds of Gong and Crystal Bowl meditations. With over 37 years of yoga experience, we aim to build a community connected by heart. The best part? Seeing new friendships develop through our gatherings.
In addition to local events, we organize yoga retreats both locally and internationally. These retreats are packed with cultural and spiritual experiences that awaken your deepest passions. Join us on a retreat to unlock something powerful within you; we promise it will transform your life.
