Heartfelt Care Agency's primary service is providing reliable and compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults. Personal care assistance includes bathing, dressing, incontinence, and grooming is handled with professionalism. We also support clients with memory impairment, Parkinson's, cancer, on hospice, and who need help with medication reminders, food preparation, transportation, and even pet care!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Sarah's passion for helping adults and seniors started over 30 years ago as she watched her grandparents struggle to live with their physical and mental disabilities. They raised her, so she saw all of this happening, and since they didn’t have close family to help them, she knew she had to step up and help them. Over the next 10 years, she was in charge of hiring 24-hour caregivers to come and take care of them at home. There was a lot of trial and error, but she learned to understand the qualities of a competent caregiver. In 2015, she took her experience hiring quality caregivers and transitioned to a full-time sales position with an Orange County home care agency. It was a great experience working with so many families and helping them hire caretakers for their loved ones, but she felt that she could provide an even better service under her own caregiver agency. She envisioned a home care agency that would provide not just assistance, but genuine companionship, support, and understanding to every client. Heartfelt Care Agency is the culmination of decades of her personal and professional experience in the home care industry. She is very proud of the personalized services and caregivers we provide to families on a daily basis.
