Cooking classes. We also sell high-quality, long-lasting kitchenwares including cookware, cutlery, knives, aprons, kitchen utensils.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Love quality kitchenwares and love teaching people how to cook or cook better. Believe that as you improve the quality of your food you improve the quality of your life.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our hands-on cooking classes are top rated for Long Beach and Orange County. Our classes are fun and instructional as we want people to have a good time and to learn about cooking. We sell kitchenwares that work and that last a lifetime, we don't believe in or sell disposable kitchenwares.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One and hoping to expand.

We are in Seal Beach, just North off the 405 Fwy on Seal Beach Blvd. We are in The Shops at Rossmoor center, in between Peet's Coffee and Ann Taylor Loft.

10a-7p Monday thru Saturday 11a-5p Sunday But our classes run until 9pm and we are often open for business until then.
